kd3 decorative arts was founded in Crystal Lake in 1995 with the purpose
of providing high quality custom wood finishing services to custom cabinet
makers, interior designers, architects and homeowners.
Our goal remains - helping design professionals & homeowners bring their
vision and ideas to reality - creating beautiful and functional environments
In January 2006 we moved to our current home on Pingree Rd.
In August 2006 we opened our 5,000 square foot showroom featuring
antique , vintage & mid century furniture, decorative art and fine art. We
inventory a wide variety of items - many are refurbished or restored and
ready for your home or office - others are available for customizing in your
choice of wood finish and fabrics - whatever you need to fulfill your vision.
In 2007 we completed our design resource area featuring a selection of
wood finish samples, fabrics, upholstery trim, made to order wood &
upholstered seating and a variety of useful, unique and beautiful items to
assist you in creating the home or work environment you envision.
It is our passion to help you create your dream environment.
